Return Policy

Eligibility
We accept returns only in the event that you have received the wrong item. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chromes.ae within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo clearly showing the incorrect item received. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Resolution
Upon verification, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or an exchange for the correct item. Return shipping will be covered by Chrome in all eligible cases.

Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect model selection, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery. Please ensure you select the correct iPhone model at checkout before completing your purchase.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.-
